Certified Training Offerings

CTC Solutions offers a variety of one- and two-day classes and workshops to instruct clients in creating their own Crystal reports. All training classes are held at the customer's site. Please call for rates and availability.

Crystal Reports 2-Day Fundamentals

During this class the student gains an understanding of the basic functions involved in creating a Crystal report. Skills learned include basic database and query terminology; querying a database; downloading data to the client; creating the report through formula fields, database fields, text objects, the Design screen and its banded area; and the thought process involved in creating a Crystal report. When necessary a client's own database can be introduced during the fundamentals course and worked into one or more of the labs.

Crystal Reports 2-Day Advanced

This class gives the student a depth of understanding of the tools and functionality that Crystal Reports has to offer. Skills learned include advanced formula functions; the graphing, crosstab, and subreport objects; and the parameter field. We also cover the two-step process that Crystal performs as it massages data from the SQL query through its final report form.

Crystal Reports Workshop

This workshop directly addresses the client's database and reporting needs.
