OVERVIEW

An attorney by trade, Jason incorporates a pragmatic philosophy to best serve Clients and Candidates. After several years as a practicing attorney, Jason transitioned into executive search and talent consulting where he successfully ran multiple recruiting teams working with some of the leading general and specialty contracting construction firms throughout the United States.

Jason’s approach is one of collaboration and trust. Treating Clients as partners and bringing a consultative approach when providing Candidates with career guidance is the framework of CTC’s model, which Jason incorporates on a daily basis.

Jason holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law. Born and raised in Michigan, Jason currently resides in Royal Oak. In his free time he enjoys University of Michigan and Detroit Lions football, traveling, and spending time with family.

Adam brings a unique, yet straightforward approach to providing talent solutions for Client partners. He possesses over 10 years of successful consultative sales and relationship-building experience across various industries.  

Adam believes that transparency and collaboration with Clients and Candidates throughout the recruiting and talent process are cornerstones of building trust and establishing long-lasting relationships. He focuses on providing expedient solutions for Clients. Adam challenges himself to discuss relevant career opportunities that Candidates have not yet heard about; while presenting Clients with the most qualified Candidates they have not had exposure to.

Adam is a lifelong Michigander, currently residing in Metropolitan Detroit with his wife and young son. He enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family. Adam graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Michigan State University. When he is not spending time with family, Adam can be found at Michigan State football games in the fall. He also enjoys running, live music, and traveling.
