STEP 1:
Initial on-site client meeting
Meet with executive and senior leadership, hiring managers, and decision-makers to understand their talent needs and overall organizational structure, specifically how all new hires will impact both current and future staff and overall business operations.
Consult with team members to understand the organizational culture, competencies, skill sets, and identify the leadership personality that best fits the positions in question.
Compile information from team meetings to produce appropriate job descriptions for positions of need and determine appropriate ways to market the opportunity to prospective Candidates.
Create expectations, timeframe, and deliverables around details of interview process: source/contact/present qualified Candidates, schedule Candidate and Client debriefs, offer stage and acceptance, and onboarding.
Schedule follow-up meeting to present recommendations.
STEP 2:
FOLLOW UP ON-SITE MEETING WITH CLIENTS TO REVIEW AND VALIDATE
Expectations, timeframe, and deliverables around details of interview process.
Candidate list and individually targeted marketing messages.
All relevant information to capture during conversations with Candidates.
Content and frequency around search progress update for targeted Candidates.
STEP 3:
CANDIDATES IN THE PROCESS
CTC contacts, qualifies, and filters Candidates.
Qualified Candidates are presented to the appropriate hiring managers, providing context on how these individuals align with their talent needs.
Coordinate interview details for qualified Candidates.
CTC schedules pre-interview preparation with Candidates and subsequent debrief with both Clients and Candidates to confirm: interest in opportunity, alignment on compensation expectations, and appropriate next steps.
STEP 4:
PRE-CLOSE > OFFER > ACCEPTANCE > ON-BOARDING
Continue to validate Candidate interest in opportunity, while working with Client to formulate details of prospective offer.
Define expectations and strategy with Client around delivery of Candidate offer.
Work with Client to determine desired method and frequency of communication with Candidate from offer acceptance through on-boarding.
